The Little Giants program specialises in children who are midway through primary school.
The life skills we teach in our Little Giants program are: Focus, Self Control, Memory, Fitness, Coordination, Discipline, Balance and Perseverance. Along with family values such as Good Manners, Respect, Following Directions, Healthy Eating, and Safety Lessons including Stranger Danger, When to Call 000, Fire and Road Safety, this is a program that is more than just punching and kicking.
The program builds confidence and good daily habits. The training is fun, challenging and will lead to improving your child's ability to defend and stand up for themselves.
