Colossus Strength & Conditioning Classes
Like any sport or physical activity, strength & conditioning is a vital area to keep your body strong, flexible and fast to improve performance and help maintain longevity in your martial arts. This known as the Yellow Tip phase of the Giant Martial Arts program and the classes focus on gymnastic body strength, acrobatic aerial attacks like fly kicking and H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) circuits.
The circuits are the ultimate military style training pushing your muscles to failure! This works as a full body conditioning circuit incorporating strength building exercises and specific interval exercises using:
- Kettlebells
- TRX
- Chin-up Bars
- Sand Bags
- Sled Harness
- Battle Ropes
- Speed Ladders
- Swiss Balls
- Running, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Carrying, Flipping and Kick Boxing.
Everyone goes at their own pace throughout the circuit monitored closely and safely by the instructor.

Regular attendance will prepare your condition levels to dealing with all types of physical martial arts challenges like competition, grading and major fitness events such as Survival Courses and Tough Mudder!!!
