Recent Kickboxing Grading Results

Congratulations to everyone who passed their new armband ranks at the recent Kickboxing grading test at GIANT.

Kickboxing students smashed out their exhausting grading in style! Special mention to Anthony Baladi on achieving his Purple Armband.

The grading has everything from fitness, skipping, body strength, sprints, burpees, lots of technical pad rounds and ending with sparring.
