New Updated Timetable

We're very excited to announce an update to our timetable. This update only effects our Teens and Adults, all kids classes remain the same.

Kicking off Monday 2nd May 2022:

- New Teens Kickboxing program on Monday and Wednesday nights

- The 645pm Adult Classes will now be extended by 15 mins to make a full hour class! Our last class will then start at 745pm and finish at 845pm.

Please note the following:

- The Teens Martial Arts class will now be known as the Youth Martial Arts class and will run 3 times a week with the new Teens Kickboxing program adding 2 new classes (existing adults who train in Kickboxing can join this class also)

- The Wednesday Junior Advanced class will be moved to Tuesday same timeslot of 6pm and no longer be on Monday, instead we encourage our teens to join the new Kickboxing program.

We'd like to also announce a special offer for all of 12-15 year old students to take us up on this exciting offer to join our new Teens Kickboxing program:

- 50% Off start up costs (Normally $99.99), you get 16oz boxing gloves, a singlet and hand wraps.

- No change in membership fees for 6 months!
