2019 Annual Awards Day Xmas PartyWritten on the 21 October 2019 When: Saturday 30th November 2019 Event starts at 10am, formalities and awards at 11am followed by a performance from our Demo Team and then lunch. Where: @ South Punchbowl Scout Hall 84b Karne St, Roselands What to expect: Be there to celebrate all the award recipients for 2019 along with special guest Master Ryoo and brand new Black Belt achiever William McKay who will tell you a brief story of his journey to 1st Degree Black belt from 2009 to 2019. The Demo team will also be putting on a spectacular performance and the GIANT Jumping Castle will be up for some fun for the kids (and some adults). This is also a great event to loosen up with all your training buddies, reflect on last year's training, take some cool photos including the annual "Class of 2019" group photo, have a laugh and get ready for the New Year of goals to achieve. What to Bring: You can wear casual clothes on the day, you are welcome (not compulsory) to bring your uniform regardless of the programs you learn (Hapkido, BJJ, Kickboxing) for the annual "Class of 2019" photo. Student Leaders must bring uniforms. We will provide a BBQ lunch for the day however as per tradition you are welcome to bring a cultural dish. Last year we had an amazing selection of home made food from Italian, Arabic, Greek, Australian, Asian and other cultural dishes. We also suggest you bring along camping chairs and picnic blankets for outdoor seating. If you would like to help set up the event, let us know and you are welcome to arrive from 9am.
