The last month of Winter approaches and we have lots on to keep you warm and in shape for Spring and Summer!

With respect to recent feedback and age-appropriate time slots, GIANT is gearing up for the following timetable set to take us through the Spring & Summer period for 2026/27.
This will come into effect Monday September 7th.
There are no changes to morning classes or weekends.
Monday to Friday afternoon classes have moved by approx 15-20 minutes respectively.
Note, we have an addition to the popular Kids & Teens Kickboxing/BJJ class on Tuesday at 6pm.
Should you have any major concerns with the times please talk to head coaches Giorgio & Anthony.
