We are pleased to now offer a 7 day a week full time martial arts academy service to you and our community.
Due to high demand and to maximise our mat space being available to all ages and styles, we have updated the timetable in Bexley with the aim of giving you greater options and flexibility for your training. Students can now potentially train up to 2 hours at the facility on most days, having the opportunity to greatly improve confidence through martial arts skill. We have also employed additional coaches on the appropriate shifts to handle the demand of each class structure.
The updated timetable below is set to launch Monday May the 4th. (sorry you may have to pinch zoom the image for a close-up, the timetable on the website will be updated on May 4th).
Improvements:
- More kids class options
- Kids BJJ starting at age 9
- Kids Kickboxing starting at age 9
- 2x Comp class options on Saturday
- 2x Women’s Only classes
- Weekly Demo/Tricking and Leadership coaching classes
Update Program names (kids only):
- Mini Mites are now Tiny Titans – Pre-Kindy (ages 3-5)
- Tiny Titans are now Little Giants – Kindy to grade 3 (ages 5-8)
- Goliaths name remains incorporating grades 3-6 (ages 9-12)
- Teens can begin from the year they turn age 13
If your child is on the cusp of a grade or age group, you and our coaches will discuss the best class to be in.

To maximise your training habits, you must now roster into your classes. Rostering is done once, no need to do it every week. If you cannot make your rostered session, you can make up additional sessions subject to availability. You can email or call us to roster into another class that same week or permanently depending on your membership. Classes are capped for the benefit of you, via a student to coach ratio.
You have now been rostered into your preferred classes based on attendance from the last 3 months.
